Verify Indentity - Verify customer identity on Chatbot Messenger
In the Message Block, you choose More >>Verify Indentity
The object is displayed in the block as follows:
- Copy Link: Get the Veriffy Indentity link. Each form will have a different link. You copy the link - put it in the Button in the message block - choose the display mode In-app browser: 100% window to activate this object in the script.
- View Form: Preview the form displayed on the web
Customers need to choose a file to upload photos in (1), (2), (3)
Note: Uploaded photos is frontal photo and clear
After successful verification, the customer will receive a message below Verify Indentity.
