Send an email to a new subscription

Send Email feature allows emails containing order details to be sent to customers when new orders arise.

Set chatbots to automatically send emails to employees or send them to customers. 

In the Message block update window, you click More > Send Email:

Enter the following information: 

- (1) Send to Email: your email address or your guest's email adress.

- (2) Email message title.

- (3) Content: you can place variables in the title and content: {full_name}, {phone}… and send images, attachments. 

You can also track the number of Emails sent, viewed, and clicked in the right toolbar of the Send Email object.

Send Email is often used when new orders are available.
