[Agents] How to pay for orders by Agent Wallet
Fchat allows agents to use the money in the Agent Wallet to pay for the customers' orders. Customers will pay the order directly to the agent without going through Fchat.
To pay for your customer orders, on the Dashboard screen >> click on the Avatar >> Recommend to friends >> select Order.
Here, you will see orders registered by your customers.
For the unpaid orders, the system will display the Pay button, click the button >> OK to confirm the payment for the order.
Then, the system will change the order status to Successful, and at the same time, deduct the money to be paid for the order from Agent Wallet.
After successfully paying for the customer’s orders, you should notify the customer to access Fchat to update the new service package.
