Parse Attribute - Transfer external values to Chatbot & separate values into variables
You can transfer external values into the block via the ref link, then use the Parse Attribute object to separate the value into variables in the Chatbot.
For example: “?ref=ThankYou_Alex_abc@gmail.com_090406xxxx”
Separate the value of a variable {ref} => ThankYou_{name}_{email}_{phone}
With this feature, you can get customer information filled in the form at Ladipage and lead customers to the Chatbot to continue your interaction, customer care.
