Payment methods when using Fchat's services
Fchat has a sales and customer care department that is always ready to receive requests and information from people in need of our company's services. So as soon as we receive contact, consultation request or online service registration information, we will contact you immediately by phone or email for further advice.
When you decide to use Fchat's services, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
- Direct payment at the head office of Salemall Joint Stock Company

Service provision time: Fchat staff will initialize the service right after your successful payment.
- Payment by international card: Visa
With this form of payment, Fchat Users will be transferred to Onepay gateway (one of the payment gateways approved by the State bank of Vietnam) for payment. International cards: Visa
To pay with this method, Fchat Users can follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Customers log in to Fchat's website at https://fchat.co/price, choose the appropriate package and proceed to choose to pay with Visa
Step 2: Enter card information at Onepay domestic payment gateway
After choosing a payment method via Onepay payment gateway, customers are transferred to Onepay payment gateway. Customers enter the required card information and select Pay Now.
If the card information is invalid, the card is not eligible for payment… the system will report an error and display an error message on the Onepay payment gateway interface. The customer has to make the transaction again or make a payment with another card.
If the card information is valid and the customer is able to pay, the customer will be redirected to the OTP verification page.
Step 3: Verify OTP
At the OTP verification page, the customer enters the required information (if there is any) such as:
- Username: the username granted by the issuing bank when the customer registers to use their Internet banking service
- Password: Internet Banking service login password
Or enter the OTP code sent to the customer's phone number registered with the bank
Click Pay.
After the payment is completed, the system will transfer the customer to the service provider's page to notify the details of the customer’s transaction results. Fchat then sends confirmation of our obligation to provide goods and services to customers.
Service provision time: After payment, the system will automatically activate the service for customers, in case your chosen service is not activated right away, please wait up to 24 hours, then email us at support@fchat.co for support if the account is not activated.
- Payment by Paypal account
PayPal is an online payment gateway to support today's convenient and secure Internet payments and transactions. This is an intermediary payment form, which connects directly to a bank account, credit card, debit card, ... to conduct online transactions. To pay with this method, Fchat Users follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Customers log in to Fchat's website to choose goods and services and choose payment method by Paypal account.
Step 2: When choosing payment method by Paypal account, a new window will appear on paypal.com website, where you can fill in your credit card information, or log in to your Paypal account to complete the payment process.
Step 3: You need to fill in all information for quick resolution in case of disputes.
Then you proceed to pay for the order according to the instructions of Paypal. After completing the payment process, you will receive a successful order notification.
Service provision time: After payment, the system will automatically activate the service for customers, in case your chosen service is not activated right away, please wait up to 24 hours, then email us at support@fchat.co for support if the account is not activated.
The system will send a notice of the service payment time to your email 3 days (or more) in advance. If you don't pay your fees on time, the Shop associated with Fchat will still work and your customers will still receive automated messages, but you won't be able to use Fchat’s features for paid accounts.
Fchat offers a free service package so you can experience the product before deciding to make a purchase. So when you upgrade your account, Fchat does not support fee refunds. If you cancel the Service midway, we will not refund any remaining balance.
