From November 18, 2021, the Fchat App on Android has had the latest update with many added features. Customers can immediately update to the latest version on their phones to use these new features:

  • Integrate with fchat.co (Fchat version for international markets)
  • Add tag/untag
  • Add conversation allocation mode for sales staff
  • Add ON/OFF to accept conversation allocation for sales staff
  • Integrate with shipping units to push bills of lading through their systems
  • Fix the errors encountered on the previous version
