Notice about the number of page disconnections in the Fchat shop

03/10/2022 - Fchat has a change in the policy to disconnect the page in the shop. You can connect and disconnect the page at any time, but the number of times you can disconnect the page within 30 days will be limited. Click to see more detail.

If a shop contains n pages, you can disconnect and reconnect the new page up to n times in 30 days.
Free shop can connect up to 1 page. Paid shops can connect up to 100 pages. Thus, the free shop will have 1 page disconnection in 30 days. The paid shop with the highest version is Enterprise, up to 100 page disconnections in 30 days.

When you request to disconnect, Fchat will check the number of times the shop has disconnected the page in the last 30 days.

If your shop still has disconnections, the system will disconnect the page from the Fchat shop and display a notice as shown.

If your shop has run out of page disconnections times, you will not be temporarily disconnected from Fchat shop and the system will notify as follows:

You can wait 30 days to get more page disconnects

Besides, you can buy more pages or upgrade packages for the shop, to have more connecting pages as well as disconnecting pages for 30 days.
