Why can't I see posts to choose from in the comment keywords section?

To see the list of posts in the Keyword section >> Comment Keywords, you need to have at least an active admin account with token activity turned ON. 

To check, go to Settings page >> Token. 

If there are no active Admin tokens, you need to log out of Fchat with an admin account (on both fchat and fanpage) >> Use free version >> Edit settings >> Tick your page >> OK. 

Then, go to the Settings page >> Token >> turn ON your token.
