Why are my customers not receiving message sequences?

Your customers don’t receive message sequences even though they were tagged? 

Answer:

1. Only customers tagged after the sequence is created will receive the message. 

Therefore, if customers are tagged before you create a sequence, they will not receive messages. 

Solution: Follow the steps: Create tag > Create sequence > Tag customers

2. Customers who have stopped receiving messages (Unsub) will not receive the message sequence and Campaigns
