Why can’t I send mass messages to old customers?

When using Fchat's campaign feature, you may encounter situations where messages can’t be sent. At the display screen, you will see the STOP status. You need to put your mouse on the word STOP to see what errors are encountered. 

Common errors include:

1. Invalid token error 

>> How to handle: Update Token and resend campaign. 

- Step 1: Verify token 

Go to the Settings page > Token > Delete tokens having errors and turn ON the admin activity token. 

- Step 2: Refresh the fanpage connection 

Go to Dashboard >> Refresh 

- Step 3: Resend campaign 

Click on the icon View >> Send now.

2. There are no customers on the list

>> How to handle: Check the list of customers you have chosen.
